A Happy Box
When you are feeling sad or like your OCD or anxiety has completely taken over your life it's nice to have a little box to remind you of the happy things in life.
Make Your Own!
1. Find a box
2. Decorate that box
3. Get your family and/or friends to write you letters, cards, pictures. Make sure they are positive!
4. Put candy and/or little gifts inside
5. Put pictures of friends and/or pets inside too
6. Open one or two letters every time you are sad!
